Processing Times
All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. All orders placed after the cut off time will be shipped the following business day. All orders during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or next business day.
Delivery Times
Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Items usually take between 2 - 3 business days to arrive for destination within West Malaysia (East Malaysia subjected to courier service). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via Pos Laju. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
