Checklist of Online Return Policy
- Incorrect / Wrong Item - Not the product customer ordered
- Damaged - The product is damaged in delivery
- Defective - The product does not function
- Missing items / parts - Missing items / parts as indicated in the packaging
What's To Do
- Return item must be shipped back to us within seven (7) workings days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
- You have proof of purchase (eg : order number, buying invoice, delivery note or bank statement)
- The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list (eg : Products with warranty activated or seal broken: Consumable products with seal broken and not resellable due to hygiene issue.
- The goods must be in new condition (not have been used) and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards) and free gift received if any.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
